To inset a hyperlink e.g. Sentinel website, put the cursor in the text at the point you want the link to appear and then press the URL button. A box will appear for you to enter the web address (URL) into e.g. <a href="http://thesmithfieldfc.co.uk" rel="nofollow">http://thesmithfieldfc.co.uk</a>, and when you OK that another box will appear for you to enter the text to display (rather than the URL). To link to an image put the cursor in the thext at the point you want the image and click the IMG button.
