    See. Told you so.

Last night's training session was excellent. 6-a-side so the numbers were perfect, with only the hardcore squad members attending.

Nigel was my MotM as I think he played brilliantly:

    • Shooting was good
    • Runs were good
    • Marking much better than when he first started
    • Battling was excellent (ask the gaffer!!)
    • Strength was excellent

Riley looked alright, but why do we need more defenders???

Yeah! Whoo! Great to get 2 competetive goals under my belt!

We played awsome. Strong at the back, deadly up front and full of running from all areas. It was like holland 78 with total football.

One other thing, can Dorothy leave her red shoes off at the weekend? He may play better!

    cheers ian
but about the shootin - my finishing at the start was poor and so was my passing
i think trainin is better with fewer numbers as everyone gets a proper runabout, for me this is vital cus i know i need improve my fitness
look forward to more trainin sessions like las night

    Manager

The Managers are investigating allegations that one of the Smithfield players has take a bung from rival club Lambourne. Apparently the plot is to take out tactical genius Tom "tashmaster" Plant and Tony "TC" Craig and leave the Smithfield without guidance.

Craig, speaking from his hospital bed last night after suffering a broken jaw, said the plot would be hard to prove. Plant, who was in the next bed nursing a broken foot, said he was sure his injury was an accident.

If anyone has information on this vicious double assault could you please ring the Staffs F.A. as soon as possible.
