As it's not massively obvious, and the main users of these forums are footballers, I just thought I'd tell you that in order to change your user profile e.g. upload an avatar and set a signature, you need to log in and then you need to click your name in the sidebar to the right.
For example, when I log in at the top on the sidebar it says "Welcome, CyrixInstead | Log Out". I have to click on "CyrixInstead".
