SMITHFIELD kept the pressure on at the top of the Premier Division with a 4-2 victory over George and Dragon.
Matt Craig and Matt Maskery were on target for the second-placed side as they established a 2-1 lead before Andrew Ford and Tony Bagnall sealed the victory.
Chris Hancock and Nick Aldersea replied for the pub side.
