Minigames pave the way

    Last nights training session was excellent. The pitch would have been far too crowded had we just done the same as usual. As it was, the games were faster, people had to rely on their own skills more, there was much more of a competitive (read: good) edge to the evening.

    From what other people have said, and I fully agree, it seemed like the night lasted much longer than usual.

    As far as training sessions go I thought it was very useful, and without doing 'proper' drills, passing, practising, set pieces and the like (which is unworkable on that pitch) I think it's a very good step forward for the team.

    Oh, and I really have hurt my toe, I just hope it's not a recurrence of the toe injury I had 2 seasons ago! :'(

    How good was last night. Enjoying the ecstacy of winning (and getting megs on Rob in goal for a winner. Sorry mate X-D ), feeling the emptyness of defeat.

    More of the same I say.

    Well done to the management team of TCP for thinking that one up!
